How to Make a Sazerac Cocktail (Classic)

Ingredients

♦ 1 tsp. Absinthe
♦ 1 sugar cube
♦ 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
♦ 1½ oz. rye whiskey
♦ Lemon peel for garnish

Steps

1. Rinse chilled rocks glass with Absinthe and discard excess.
2. Muddle sugar cube and bitters, add whiskey and ice, stir, and strain.
3. Garnish with lemon peel.
