Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray No. Ten Gin

♦ Strawberry Basil Drop:

♦ 1 oz Tanqueray 10,

♦ 1/2 oz strawberry puree,

♦ 1/4 oz lemon juice,

♦ 1/4 oz simple syrup,

♦ basil leaves

♦ Garnish with fresh strawberry

Steps

1. Strawberry Basil Drop:

2. 1 oz Tanqueray 10, 1/2 oz strawberry puree, 1/4 oz lemon juice, 1/4 oz simple syrup, and 2 basil leaves. Shake and strain. Garnish with a thin heart shaped slice of strawberry w/ skewer.
