Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin
♦ 1.5oz Grapefruit Peel-Infused Tanqueray LDG
♦ 1.5oz Blanc Vermouth
♦ 0.25oz Italicus
♦ Grapefruit Peel expression and garnish

Steps

1. 1. Combine 12oz of Tanqueray LDG with the peel of one grapefruit and allow to infuse for 3 hours. Strain through fine mesh.
2. 2. Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled and diluted. Strain into a Nick & Nora and garnish with a grapefruit peel, expressed and manicured.
