How to Make a Tanqueray Martini — Bourbon Steak

A signature Tanqueray martini from Bourbon Steak. A bright, citrus-forward martini.

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray London Dry Gin
♦ 2.5 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
♦ 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
♦ 3 drops of Bay Laurel Brine
♦ House Made Lemon Oil

Steps

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add Tanqueray Gin and Dry Vermouth, Bay Laurel Brine and Lemon Oil.
3. Stir for 20-25 seconds until well chilled and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
3. Garnish with a lemon twist for a crisp citrus finish, or olives for a classic savory profile.
