Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin
♦ 2 oz Tanqueray
♦ 1 oz Dolin
♦ dry 2 dashes orange bitters
♦ served with a lemon twist or olive

Steps

1. Chill the Glass: Place an empty martini or coupe glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes.
2. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing glass, pour of Tanqueray Gin and of dry vermouth. Add Ice: Fill the mixing glass with high-quality, cubed ice.Stir: Stir briskly and consistently for 20 to 30 seconds to properly chill and dilute the drink. Strain & Garnish: Strain the drink into your chilled glass. Twist a fresh strip of lemon peel or a manicured grapefruit twist over the top to express the citrus oils, drop it in, and serve
