A signature Tanqueray martini from Olde Mke Pub. A bright, citrus-forward martini.

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin
♦ Tanqueray a heavy pour (2 Oz)
♦ Vermouth dry a light pour (1 Oz)
♦ Cointreau a splash (1/2 Oz)
♦ Lemon wedge
♦ Tools:
♦ Stemless Martini glass
♦ Shaker tin & pint glass
♦ Fancy spoon

Steps

1. In your shaker tin, add gin, Vermouth, & the Cointreau your liquor rep sold you on last year that you’ve used twice.
2. Make sure to check the expiration date on the Vermouth.
3. Add ice & stir with the long skinny twirly spoon thingy.
3. Use the pint glass to strain the drink into the only stemless Martini glass you have left in the bar.
3. Rim the glass with a lemon wedge to make it smell all fancy and serve.
