♦ 1 oz. Nixta Licor de Elote

♦ ½ oz. Cynar Liqueur

♦ ¼ oz. Alpeggio Hay

♦ 3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Steps

1. Prep: Stir, Strain

2. Ice: Large Clear Cube

3. Glass: Rocks

3. Garnish: Baby Corn
