How to Make a The Hi-Life Martini
A signature Tanqueray martini from Hi-Life Bar & Grill. Citrus and floral notes lead this elegant pour.

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin
♦ 2 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
♦ Muddled cucumber & Mint
♦ Topped with splash of prosecco
♦ Rock Candy swizzle stick garnish
1. Muddle 2-3 cucumber slices and 4-5 mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice, and pour Tanqueray, St-Germain and lime juice over the ice.
3. Shake vigorously and strain into a Martini glass (it’s ok for a little mint to slip through the strainer).
3. Top it off w a splash of prosecco and garnish with a Rock Candy swizzle stick.
