How to Make a The Mage

Ingredients

♦ 1 oz. gin

♦ ¼ oz. St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur

♦ ½ oz. fresh lemon juice

♦ ½ oz. simple syrup

♦ ¼ tsp. butterfly pea powder

♦ 4 oz. sparkling water

Steps

1. Shake all ingredients except sparkling water with ice, strain into a highball with ice, top with sparkling water, serve.
