A signature Tanqueray martini from Canillas-King. A bright, citrus-forward martini.

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla
♦ Ingredients
♦ 2 oz Tanqueray Sevilla Orange
♦ 0.5 oz dry vermouth
♦ 0.25 oz fino sherry
♦ 1 tsp premium bitter orange marmalade
♦ 1 bar spoon chilled Darjeeling tea concentrate
♦ Tiny pinch sea salt or kosher salt

Steps

1. Method
2. Add marmalade, Darjeeling tea concentrate, fino sherry, and salt to a mixing glass. Stir briefly to dissolve the marmalade. Add gin, dry vermouth, and ice. Stir until thoroughly chilled and silky. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.

3. Float a dehydrated orange wheel gently on top of the cocktail.
