A signature Tanqueray martini from Morella.
♦ Difficulty Level: Moderate

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray London Dry Gin
♦ 2.5 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
♦ 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
♦ Ice
♦ Finish as you like: Up, Dirty, Twist, Olives

Steps

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add Tanqueray Gin and dry vermouth.
3. Stir for 20–25 seconds until well chilled and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish as you like (Up, Dirty, Twist, Olives)
