How to Make a Two Weeks Out

Ingredients

♦ Jalapeño
♦ cut into slices
♦ ½ oz. lime juice
♦ 2 oz. mezcal
♦ 4 oz. ginger beer
♦ Lime wedge for garnish

Steps

1. Muddle two slices of jalapeño in cocktail shaker with lime juice.
2. Add in mezcal and ice and shake.
3. Strain into a rocks glass and top with ginger beer.
3. Garnish with jalapeño slices and lime wedge and serve.
