♦ ½ oz. Giffard Pamplemousse Liqueur
♦ ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
♦ Orange peel for garnish
1. Combine all ingredients, except sparkling rosè, into a shaker with ice and shake.
2. Strain into a wine glass with ice and top with sparkling rosè.
3. Garnish with orange peel.
