How to Make a Ventini

A signature Tanqueray martini from Four Seasons. A bright, citrus-forward martini.

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray London Dry Gin
♦ 2.5 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
♦ 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
♦ Olive Brine or Lemon Infused Ice

Steps

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add Tanqueray Gin and dry vermouth, olive brine or lemon infused ice
3. Stir for 20–25 seconds until well chilled and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with a lemon twist for a crisp citrus finish, or olives for a classic savory profile.
