How to Make a Vieux Carré

Ingredients

♦ ¾ oz. George Dickel Rye Whiskey

♦ ¾ oz. cognac

♦ ¾ oz. sweet vermouth

♦ 2 tsp. Benedictine

♦ 4 dashes aromatic bitters

♦ Lemon twist for garnish

Steps

1. Add all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir.

2. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
