How to Make a Zombie

Ingredients

♦ 1 1/2 oz. Jamaican rum
♦ 1 ½ oz. gold rum
♦ 1 oz. demerara rum
♦ ¾ oz. lime juice
♦ 1 bar spoon of Pernod
♦ ½ oz. Donn’s mix
♦ ½ oz. falernum
♦ 1 dash Angostura bitters
♦ Mint sprig for garnish

Steps

1. Add all ingredients into a blender with ice and blend.
2. Pour into a glass with crushed or pebble ice and garnish with mint sprig.
