About Alexis Tollinchi

Alexis Marie is no stranger to the Hospitality Industry. This 17-year veteran of the Miami Bar Scene got her start slinging drinks in some Iconic South Beach bars.

Over the years, she transitioned into the craft cocktail world, eventually finding her home at one of Miami’s most beloved Industry bars.

Today, Alexis and her six partners have embarked on a new venue and innovative concept nestled in the heart of Historic Calle Ocho. Their goal? To inspire and teach the next generation of hospitality entrepreneurs.

Her current focus is on community activism within the hospitality industry, with a passion for creating mentorship opportunities for hospitality students and aspiring professionals — all while training for an Ironman.

Safe to say, Alexis Marie has no plans of slowing down anytime soon.
