Bridget Ramsey began her hospitality career in Austin, Texas. After moving to New York City, she worked at a two-MICHELIN-star restaurant, cycling through front-of-house roles before specializing behind the bar. She later honed a technique-driven, minimalist style at acclaimed programs recognized by The World’s 50 Best Bars. Bridget has competed widely, earning national finalist spots and winning multiple bartending competitions. She now serves as Beverage Director in Asbury Park, NJ, leading a team and building thoughtful, guest-focused cocktail programs.
