Demi Natoli is the Beverage Director at a Nashville hotel, known for cocktails inspired by her Cuban-American heritage and for building smart, guest-centric operations. She develops spirits and cocktail programs tailored to each venue’s identity and leads teams with a focus on connection and consistency. Under her direction, her flagship program earned a spot on Esquire’s Best Bars in America (2021) and received Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards nominations for Best U.S. Hotel Bar (2024, 2025). A graduate with a BFA in Apparel & Textile Design, Demi channels her love of art into hospitality—and into illustrating and gardening off-shift.
