Harry Wright is the General Manager of a Washington, DC bar recognized on North America’s 50 Best Bars list for the past four years. He began in hospitality at 19 as a host at an Italian restaurant, quickly moving through roles as server, bartender, and manager as his passion for wine, spirits, and classic cocktails deepened. Known for elegant, historically rooted drinks—often featuring rum, cognac, amaro, and shochu—Harry puts hospitality first, emphasizing timing, detail, and genuine connection. Beyond placing second in a high profile cocktail competition in 2025, Harry mentors LGBTQ+ bartenders and managers, advocating for greater visibility in leadership.
