Sam Parrie is a New Orleans native who got her start pouring well Sazeracs and frozen daiquiris. Over time, her passion evolved from the thrill of cocktail creation to the relationships and experiences that define hospitality—both for guests and for staff. Sam’s favorite part of the job is, simply, the hospitality: opening minds to new and different spirits and cocktails, creating welcoming spaces, and building strong teams. Every shift is an opportunity to connect, educate, and make people feel at home.
