About Angelo Forte

Lutetia Paris is honored to welcome Angelo Forte, its new Head Bartender, who will take over the reins of the Parisian palace’s two bars, the emblematic Bar Joséphine and the intimate speakeasy Bar Aristide.

Originally from Formia in Italy, this travel and mixology enthusiast studied in Rome before moving to Paris after a brief stint in London. Having fallen in love with Parisian nightlife, Angelo went on to hold a number of positions as head bartender or bar manager in a variety of the capital’s most renowned establishments, from the convivial bars of the Big Mamma group to the hushed ambiences of palace bars and the trendy speakeasies of the City of Lights.

Today, this master in the art of mixology joins the Left Bank’s only palace to reinvent its cocktail offering. This storyteller of flavors blends mixology classics with surprising creations to bring a unique note to the experience of every guest in the Lutetia Paris bars.
