The "Carajillo," famous in Mexico, is now one of the fastest growing new classic cocktails in the U.S. This cocktail is perfect for #NationalCoffeeDay, as it combines Licor 43 Spanish liqueur, hot espresso coffee, and ice cubes.

To prepare an Original Carajillo, simply combine 1¾ parts Licor 43, hot espresso coffee, and ice cubes in a shaker, shake and strain into a glass full of ice.
