January 25th marks an important day in the scotch world -a day to celebrate life, legacy and poetry – Burns Night!
Ode to Whisky [Sour]

2 parts Laphroaig® 10 Year Old Scotch Whisky
3/4 part fresh Grapefruit Juice
1/2 part fresh Lime Juice
1/2 part Honey Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Ginger Beer
Combine all ingredients (except ginger beer) into shaking tin, dry shake. Pour over ice in Collins glass. Top with ginger beer.
