Palapa – (Pina Colada Riff)
1.25 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
2-3 oz Pina Colada Mix
.50 oz Disaronno Disaronno Float
1 Pineapple / Cherry Garnish
Frozen blended

.50 oz Disaronno Disaronno Float

1.25 oz Disaronno Disaronno
.50 oz Bacardi Black Dark Rum
1 oz Lime Juice
3 oz Orange Juice
1 Mint Garnish
1 Orange/Cherry Garnish
Spindle mix in Tin, float Dark Rum, pour into glass
1.25 oz Disaronno Disaronno
.50 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
2 oz Pina Colada Mix
1 oz Sour Mix
.50 oz Lime Juice
1 Pineapple/Cherry Garnish
Mix in Tin, spindle shake, pour over ice
Tastes like the Ambrosia Salads served at Holidays.
Possibly Garnish with large Marshmallow
3 oz. Sparkling wine
1 spoon cherry jam
1/3 oz. lemon juice
1/3 oz. vodka
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass.
1 ½ oz. Sobieski Lemon Meringue Vodka
¾ oz. lemon Juice
¾ oz. simple syrup
Fresh basil
Top with soda water and garnish with a cherry and lemon wedge.

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon or Rye whiskey
2 dashes bitters
1 sugar cube
Few dashes water
Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass and saturate with bitters, add a dash of water. Muddle until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add whiskey. Garnish with orange slice, and a cherry.
2 oz. gin
1 oz. lemon juice
1 tsp. superfine sugar
3 oz. club soda
In a shaker with ice, combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass with ice. Top with club soda. Stir and garnish with a cherry and the orange slice.

1 ½ oz. lemon juice
3/4 oz. sugar or simple syrup
Serve straight up or over ice. Combine ingredients and garnish with a maraschino cherry and orange slice.
13 oz. 14 Hands Merlot
3 oz. sake
5 oz. plum wine
2 oz. Monin Hibiscus Syrup
3 oz. POM Pomegranate Juice
6 oz. Tropicana Orange Juice
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and refrigerate until needed. Add 5 oz. pre-mix and ice into a mixing glass and shake for 10 seconds. Pour into an English highball glass, top off with soda water and garnish with an orange slice, lime wedge and maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
