The martini is one of the best known cocktails in history and on June 19th we celebrate it with Martini Day! Though we do not know the true origins of this iconic drink, one thing is for sure…they are delicious! Whether you like them up, on the rocks, shaken, stirred or dirty, we have a martini for you.
Raspberry Blush
2 oz. Sobieski Raspberry Vodka
¾ oz. lime juice
¾ oz. simple syrup
½ oz. pomegranate juice
Raspberry and mint sprig for garnish
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, except the pomegranate juice. Shake and strain into chilled martini glass. Top with pomegranate juice and garnish with raspberry and mint sprig.

CAMUS-Politan
1 ½ oz. CAMUS VS Elegance Cognac
¾ oz. orange liqueur
¾ oz. cranberry juice
¼ oz. lime juice
Lime twist for garnish
Combine all ingredients with ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime twist.
The Green Hour
1 oz. Lucid Absinthe
1 oz. melon liqueur
1 ½ oz. lemonade
½ oz. sweet ‘n sour mix
Top with lemon-lime soda and seltzer water Lime wheel for garnish
Squeeze lime and drop into shaker. Shake and strain into martini glass. Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda and seltzer water. Garnish with lime wheel and serve.

Zombie Bite
1 oz. Lucid Absinthe
1 oz. Midori® Melon Liqueur
1 oz. lemon-lime soda
1.5 oz. pineapple juice
In a cocktail shaker add Lucid Absinthe, Midori Melon Liqueur, pineapple juice, and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into 2oz. shot glass. Splash lemon-lime soda on top and a drizzle of grenadine, and stay away from the zombies.
Rick’s Mind Eraser
1 oz. Lucid Absinthe
1 oz. coffee liqueur
1 oz. soda water
In a glass with ice, add coffee liqueur followed by Lucid Absinthe. Pour soda water on top. Add straw and suck drink though straw from the bottom of the glass until finished. Just try not to actually lose your marbles like Rick.
Daryl Dixon’s Cocktail
2 oz. Sobieski Orange Vodka
1 oz. orange liquor
1.5 oz. orange juice
Shake and serve this cocktail in your favorite glass, even Merle would be impressed with this cocktail.
8 oz. dry white wine
1 cup fresh raspberries
6 oz. gin
1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. Kirsch
Lightly mash 1 cup of the raspberries in a bowl. Pour in the gin and let sit at room temperature for 2 hours. Place the raspberries and gin in a blender and blend until smooth. Place a fine-mesh strainer over a medium bowl and strain the mixture. Discard the solids. Combine raspberry mixture, wine, lime juice, simple syrup, Kirsch, and ice cubes. Blend well. Pour into 6 cocktail glasses, garnish with raspberries.
¼ oz. Rose Wine
1½ oz. Gin
½ oz. strawberry puree
¼ oz. lemon juice
¼ oz. simple syrup
2 cucumber slices
Muddle cucumber in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients except wine. Shake and strain into a glass. Top with sparkling wine.
1 oz. Sauvignon Blanc
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. watermelon juice
1 oz. simple syrup
½ oz. lemon
1½ oz. soda water
Combine ingredients except soda water in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with soda water.
2 oz. Chardonnay
1 oz. dark rum
½ oz. vanilla bean syrup
½ oz. pineapple juice
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
1½ oz. Pinot Noir
1½ oz. Silver Tequila
½ oz. lime juice
½ oz. agave nectar
2 oz. grapefruit soda
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
1 oz. Moscato
1 oz. gin
1 oz. lemon juice
½ oz. Peach Schnapps
½ oz. simple syrup (mix equal parts hot water and sugar until sugar is dissolved)
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass.
Apple & Pink Julep
4 oz. Croft Pink Port
10 mint leaves
1 oz. apple juice
Muddle mint leaves and apple juice in a cocktail shake. Add wine and ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
2 oz. don julio silver tequila
1 oz. cinnamon, vanilla simple syrup
½ oz. lemon juice
½ oz. egg white
2 drops of apple bitters
Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake. Add ice, double strain into an old fashioned glass over ice.
