Lucid Absinthe Launches Gatekeeper Mixology Kit

For nearly as long as there have been cocktails, Absinthe has been an ingredient in classic recipes. Yet, because it is an unregulated category, there is a lot of misinformation and misunderstanding about what defines an authentic Absinthe and how it should be consumed. This kit takes steps to address that.

The kit is designed to appeal to mixologists at urban accounts, who have embraced the tradition and art of cocktail making, yet who may not know how to serve Absinthe beyond the traditional preparation. Lucid is distilled in strict accordance with traditional French methods, in the historic Combier distillery (Loire Valley, France), founded in 1834 and designed by Gustave Eiffel.
