Celebrating National Absinthe Day
National Absinthe Day is an occasion to raise a glass to the iconic spirit, Lucid Absinthe. This celebration invites you to join Lucid in a cocktail and a Facebook chat with Ted Breaux, the "father of modern Absinthe," live from the Combier Distillery in France where Lucid is made.
During the 1860s, 5 pm was known as "l'heure verte" or The Green Hour, and Lucid Absinthe is the perfect spirit to honor this tradition. Bartenders are offering a variety of Absinthe-based cocktails, including the Melon Delight and the Pineapple Refresh, to highlight the versatility of this unique spirit.
