The Green Hour – In the 1860s, 5pm was known as l'heure verte or The Green Hour, a time to enjoy the distinctive green liquor. Recipes for classic Absinthe cocktails are provided, including the melon liqueur and ginger ale-based drink as well as the pineapple juice and mint-infused version.
