irish Whiskey Founder’s Reserve 1 oz
Disaronno 1 oz
Lemon Juice 1 oz
Orange Juice 1/2 oz
½ oz. Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
½ oz. Three Olive Whipped Vodka
2 oz. Blueberry Red Bull
Pour liquor into a shaker; shake well and strain into a 4 oz. rocks glass. Add Red Bull.

2 oz. bourbon whiskey
1 tsp. powdered sugar
2 tsp. water
4 Mint leaves
In a highball glass gently muddle the mint, sugar and water. Fill the glass with cracked ice, add Bourbon and stir well until the glass is well frosted. Garnish with a mint sprig.
2 2/3 oz. hot coffee
1 1/3 oz. Irish whiskey
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 oz. fresh cream
Heat the coffee, whiskey and sugar; do not boil. Pour into Irish coffee mug and top with whipped cream, drizzle green crème de menthe on top.
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon or Rye whiskey
2 dashes bitters
1 sugar cube
Few dashes water
Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass and saturate with bitters, add a dash of water. Muddle until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add whiskey. Garnish with orange slice, and a cherry.
1 1/2 oz. whiskey
1 ½ oz. lemon juice
3/4 oz. sugar or simple syrup
Serve straight up or over ice. Combine ingredients and garnish with a maraschino cherry and orange slice.

one sugar cube
3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Rye whiskey
Rinse a chilled old-fashioned glass with absinthe, add crushed ice and set it aside. Stir the remaining ingredients over ice and set it aside. Discard the ice and any excess absinthe from the prepared glass, strain the drink. Add lemon peel for garnish.
1 ½ oz. Jack Daniel’s Whiskey
½ oz. Apple Schnapps
Shake with ice and strain.
