♦ 5 oz. double-strength coffee
♦ 2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
♦ Whipped cream and cinnamon (optional)
1. Brew a pot of double-strength coffee and set aside to cool.
2. In a blender, combine the other ingredients.
3. Add the cooled coffee.
3. Blend for 10 seconds and pour into a 10 oz.
