How to Make a Caipírissima

Ingredients

♦ 5 freshly cut lime wedges

♦ 1 1/2 oz. rum

♦ Splash freshly squeezed lime juice

♦ 1 tbsp. refined sugar

Steps

1. Muddle 4 lime wedges in a shaker.

2. Add rum, lime juice, and sugar, shake vigorously with ice.

3. Serve in a martini glass.
