How to Make a Gin Fizz

Ingredients

♦ 2 oz. gin

♦ 1 oz. lemon juice

♦ ¾ oz. simple syrup

♦ ½ oz. egg white

♦ Club soda

Steps

1. Shake all ingredients except club soda in a cocktail shaker without ice.

2. Then, add ice and shake again.

3. Strain into a collins glass with ice.

3. Top with club soda.
