♦ 1¼ oz. lemon-flavored rum
♦ ½ oz. fresh kiwi puree
♦ 2 oz. pear nectar
♦ Kiwi wheel and lemon twist for garnish
Steps
1. Shake ingredients in a shaker with ice, strain into a martini glass, garnish with a kiwi wheel and a lemon twist.
