Ingredients

♦ 2 oz. bourbon or rye whiskey

♦ 4 oz. ginger ale

♦ Lemon peel for garnish

Steps

1. Add bourbon or rye into a Collins glass with ice, top with ginger ale, garnish with lemon peel.
