How to Make a Hot Irishman

Ingredients

♦ ½ slice fresh lemon

♦ 4 cloves

♦ 2 tsp. sugar (brown if available)

♦ Pinch cinnamon

♦ 3 oz. boiling water

♦ 1½ oz. Irish whiskey

Steps

1. Stud the lemon slice with cloves, put lemon, sugar, and cinnamon into a warm glass, add boiling water and Irish whiskey, stir well and serve.
