How to Make a Irish Rainbow
Ingredients
♦ 1½ oz. Irish whiskey
♦ 3–4 dashes Pernod
♦ 3–4 dashes Orange Curaçao
♦ 3–4 dashes maraschino liqueur
♦ 3–4 dashes bitters
Steps
1. Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender, pour into a chilled rocks glass, twist an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
