How to Make a Jack of Spades

Ingredients

♦ 1 oz. lemon juice

♦ 1 egg white

♦ 2 oz. Tanqueray no. TEN Gin

♦ ¾ oz. blackberry syrup

Steps

1. Dry shake lemon juice and egg white vigorously, then add gin, blackberry syrup (1:1 blackberries and water), ice, and shake, double strain into a coupe glass.
