♦ 1 oz. Tanqueray Gin
♦ 1 oz. fresh passion fruit puree
♦ 1 oz. Campari
♦ ½ oz. honey
♦ Angostura bitters
Steps
1. Dry shake egg white if using, then shake all ingredients with ice, double strain into a coupe glass, garnish with drops of angostura bitters.
