♦ Cointreau
♦ 2 oz. citrus vodka
♦ ½ oz. dry vermouth
Steps
1. Line a cocktail glass with Cointreau and pour out excess, combine vodka and vermouth over ice in a mixing glass, strain into the cocktail glass.
