How to Make a Ring of Kerry
♦ 1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
♦ ½ oz. Kahlúa or crème de cacao
♦ 1 tsp. shaved chocolate
1. Mix all ingredients except shaved chocolate with cracked ice in a shaker or blender.
2. Strain into a chilled glass.
3. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate.
