How to Make a Scotch Sour

Ingredients

♦ Egg white (optional)

♦ ½ oz. scotch

♦ ¾ oz. lemon juice

♦ ¾ oz. simple syrup

♦ 1 tsp. sugar

♦ Bitters

Steps

1. Dry shake first if using egg white, then add remaining ingredients with ice, shake, and strain.

2. Garnish with bitters.
