How to Make a Lavender Haze
BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
♦ 2 oz. Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
♦ 1 oz. Lavender Honey Syrup
1. Fill a stemless wine glass with crushed ice.
2. Shake lemonade and syrup on ice.
3. Strain into the glass.
3. Layer Empress 1908 Indigo Gin on top.
3. Garnish with a lavender sprig.
