Antonette “Tone” Arasa is a proud Indigenous bartender and Bay Area native based in San Francisco, CA. Over 14 years in hospitality, she has spent the last six at a 50 Best Bar, progressing from barback to lead bartender and prep lead. Tone’s program philosophy centers on ethical sourcing and a deep appreciation for California’s local, seasonal bounty. Her experience ranges from diners to fine dining, and she spent several formative years as a baker—training that continues to inform her approach to flavor design, texture, and technique. Grounded, thoughtful, and systems-minded, Tone brings both craft and care to every guest experience.
