About SC Baker

SC Baker is a hospitality professional based in Louisville, KY, specializing in cocktail and program development, spirits and bar education, community engagement, and event curation and production. Baker leads the bar at a farm-to-glass cocktail concept that champions local growers and makers with lively, innovative drinks. She serves as a Vice President of the Kentucky chapter of the United States Bartenders Guild and earned a national storytelling award at a major U.S. cocktail competition in 2025. She considers the hospitality industry her second home and is deeply grateful for every opportunity—including this honor—and the valued friendships she’s built over the last decade behind and beyond the bar.
