Shannon Michelle is a bartender and non-alc industry advocate based in Northeast Florida, currently behind the bar in Jacksonville. With more than a decade of beverage expertise, she has extended her impact beyond Florida through competitive and educational platforms including Speed Rack, BAR 5-Day, and her work as Event Lead on Focus on Health’s No/Low Tour. As a sober bartender, Shannon is passionate about reshaping how we celebrate, championing inclusivity for the sober and sober-curious through her consulting, events, and advocacy work.
