Raymond “Ray” Tremblay serves as the Corporate Director of Bars for COJE Management Group, overseeing concept-driven beverage programs for acclaimed venues including Lolita Cocina & Tequila Bar, Yvonne’s, Mariel, Coquette, and Mr. H. His work focuses on elevating guest experience through strategically curated cocktail menus that align with each brand’s culinary and cultural identity.
With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, Ray has led beverage management, program development, and national spirits education initiatives across the industry. Formerly an East Coast trainer for Angel’s Envy and later a member of Diageo Reserve’s National Education Team, he has designed influential programs and presented at events including Tales of the Cocktail, NextGen Restaurant Summit, and BCB. His work has been featured in publications such as FSR, Bar & Restaurant, and Forbes. Through his consulting company, One 2 One Hospitality, he brings a sharp eye for brand strategy, training systems, and scalable beverage operations—always with an emphasis on culture, education, and elevating the guest experience. Outside the spotlight, Ray mentors rising talent and co-founded the Dutile-Tremblay Community Fund, helping support children with autism and creating scholarships for trade careers. For him, great hospitality isn’t just built at the bar, it’s built in the community around it.
