How to Make a Sorrento Spritz

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Vermouth Giardino Mediterranean Dry

♦ 2 oz. Vermouth Giardino Mediterranean Dry

♦ ½ oz. Villa Massa Limoncello

♦ 2 oz. Prosecco

♦ Pinch of Sea Salt

Steps

1. Fill large wine glass with ice.

2. Add pinch of salt.

3. Add roughly 2 oz. of Prosecco.

3. Add vermouth, limoncello.

3. Top with a splash of club soda.

3. Garnish with Lemon Wheel and Olive.
