Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Souleil Le Blanc
♦ 3 oz goji-infused Souleil Le Blanc
♦ 1 oz green tea aloe syrup
♦ 0.5 oz peach shrub
♦ 0.25 oz lemon juice
♦ 1 dash citrus bitters

Steps

1. Add all ingredients into a shaker or mixing tin.
2. Add ice and give it a short, gentle shake (“You’re balancing dilution with wine,” says Katrina Sobredilla ).
3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora or a vintage clear crystal tea glass
3. Optional: Top with small ice cubes or serve up, depending on vibe.
3. Garnish with a dry apricot
