BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Pandan Kikori Japanese Whiskey
♦ Pandan Kikori Japanese Whiskey
♦ Falernum
♦ Ube
♦ Sesame
♦ Hojicha Tea
♦ Lemon
♦ Peychaud’s Bitters

Steps

1. Chill a coupe glass.
2. Add the whiskey to a shaker.
3. Add the falernum, ube, sesame, and hojicha tea.
3. Add the lemon juice and Peychaud’s bitters.
3. Fill the shaker with ice.
3. Shake well until fully chilled.
3. Double strain into the chilled glass.
3. Garnish as desired and serve.
